Delivery Costs
We provide free delivery to the UK Mainland.
For delivery to certain other Countries please select the country from the Delivery Method box in the Your Shopping Cart section for the cost.
For deliveries to any other Countries that we have not listed please contact us for the cost of delivery.
Delivery of goods
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received. If payment is made online the goods are often dispatched on the same day or almost always within 48 hours. If payment is made by cheque then the goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared by your bank.
UK orders will usually be sent by first class recorded post or a signed for carrier service. Unless you are advised otherwise delivery will normally be within 7 working days although delays could occur at busy periods such as Christmas so please allow plenty of time. Please allow up to 28 days for your goods to arrive. If you wish us to dispatch the goods by a non signed for means then you must notify us of this by either e mail or telephone at the same time as placing the order which would be at your own risk. Please note however that some of the goods cannot be delivered other than by a signed for method.
Overseas orders up to 2 kg will be sent via International Signed For, which provides proof of delivery and an element of insurance cover for loss or damage in transit. Orders over 2 kg will be sent via Datapost. Delivery to European countries should take 2 to 3 working days and elsewhere in the World 5 to 7 working days but please note that some of the goods are not able to be dispatched overseas-please check with us.
